Spring is finally here and soon everyone will be able to enjoy the cherry blossoms and lovely weather. I'm excited because I can soon enjoy hiking comfortably.

 

Which reminds me, did you know that the Pacific Northwest (of the US) is covered in lush forests? People around Seattle love the outdoors and hiking in particular, because of the gorgeous scenery.

 

 

Some people say it's just an urban legend, but others say if you hike around the forests of the PNW (pacific northwest), you might run into an unusual creature called sasquatch. This creature, also known as big-foot- is between 2-4meters tall and walks on two legs like a human. There isn't much proof that bigfoot is real, so many say it's just a fairy tale. If you have the chance to enjoy the beautiful PNW, keep your eyes pealed for this mythical and mysterious creature!

いよいよ春本番、もうすぐお花見やお天気の良い日を楽しめますね。私はもうすぐ快適なハイキングが楽しめると思うと、今からワクワクしています。

 

そういえば、アメリカの太平洋岸北西部は豊かな森に覆われているのをご存知ですか？シアトル周辺の人々は、その美しい景色からアウトドアや特にハイキングが大好きです。

 

単なる都市伝説だという人もいますが、PNW（パシフィック・ノースウエスト）の森をハイキングすると、サスカッチという珍しい生物に出くわすかもしれないという人もいます。この生物はビッグフットとも呼ばれ、身長は2〜4メートルで、人間のように2本足で歩いています。ビッグフットが実在するという証拠はあまりなく、おとぎ話に過ぎないという人も多いようです。

もし、あなたが美しいPNWを楽しむ機会があれば、この神話的で神秘的な生物に注目してみてください。
