This month we learned a new song by an American singer, B. J. Thomas. It's called "Rain Drops are Falling on My Head." Do you know it? I knew only a part of it before singing it at Let's Go.
Students listened to it and the meaning of the words were explained. It's a very encouraging song with the meaning of being positive and doing your best, even in the worst situations.
I could really feel the kids' cheerful energy when they were singing.
Let's keep encouraging eachother!
今月の歌は、アメリカの歌手、B・J・トーマスの「Rain Drops are Falling on My Head 」という曲です。みなさん知っていますか？
私はLet's GOで歌う前に一部しか知りませんでした。
生徒たちはそれを聴いて、歌詞の内容を理解しました。
「逆境にも前を向いて頑張ろう」という意味が込められた、とても励まされる歌なのです。
歌っている時の、子供たちの明るいエネルギーがとても良く伝わってきました。
これからも励まし合っていこうね！
